CABO HABANERO

2 oz Cabo Wabo Reposado Tequila
1 oz Cinzano Dry Vermouth
1 small whole habanero chilli pepper for garnish

Add ingredients to an ice-filled rock glass. Stir and spice it up with a habanero chilli pepper.

1 oz Cabo Wabo Reposado Tequila
1/2 oz almond liqueur
Splash of 151 Proof Rum

Layer tequila and almond liqueur in a shot glass and float 151 proof rum. Light a flame on top and serve. Extinguish flame and shoot.
